Barcelona Route is a web application that generates personalised travel itineraries for Barcelona based on user preferences including accommodation location, interests, food preferences, and budget. The Service provides both free preview itineraries and paid full itineraries.
You may create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
Certain features of the Service require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Due to the digital nature of our Service, we offer refunds only in cases where the itinerary was not delivered due to a technical error on our part. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@barcelonaroute.com.
Barcelona Route makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of place information, opening hours, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or accurate at the time of your visit. We strongly recommend verifying opening hours and prices directly with establishments before visiting, particularly for restaurants and paid attractions.
We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by inaccurate or outdated information in generated itineraries.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Barcelona Route and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
Generated itineraries are licensed to you for personal use only. Commercial use or resale of itineraries is strictly prohibited.
By submitting reviews or comments through the Service, you grant Barcelona Route a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Barcelona Route shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Maps Platform, Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
